We know you're stoked to get your merch, and so are we! We give our team within 5 business days to process all orders once they have been placed. Once it's shipped, it's in the carrier's hands and along with everyone else, they're experiencing COVID related delays and staff shortages.

Please verify that all addresses given are correct and your mailbox is visible and secure, to ensure a successful delivery!

All orders are shipped with tracking, so you can easily see where your package is, and when it should arrive in your mailbox. If you have any issues, send us an email at: 



We accept returns on any unworn items within 30 days. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately, can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If eligible, please send us an email to, and we will reply with a pre-paid return label within 24 business hours. Please include in your email for your return, what items you are returning and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send an email to notify you. We will process a new order for an exchange and ship it to you as soon as possible, as we want you to love your new merch! Any refunds will take a few days to process back into the account used at the time of purchase. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
