PROCESSING TIMES

We like to thank you again for choosing to purchase from us and support our small business this holiday season. We truly appreciate it! We are a small but mighty team who are working our hardest to get orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible. With this booming holiday season processing times will be between 5-10 business days. This is on top of shipping times, and weekends are not include in processing/ship times!
  • We currently only fulfill orders on weekdays, Monday -Friday 9am to 5pm EST. Once it's shipped, it's in the carrier's hands and delivery may be subjected to delays and technical issues regarding updated tracking information. Patience is appreciated for the necessary time for items to be delivered.
  • After we process your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number. Tracking will continue to update once processed and scanned by USPS. Please allow up to 2 business days from dispatch for your tracking number to update. Some tracking numbers may take up to 7 days for tracking to update. Be sure to sign up for delivery notifications once you receive tracking and make sure shipping addresses are secure for delivery.
  • The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, the recipient's location, the seller's processing time and location, and the shipping carrier. Other factors—like placing an order on a weekend or a holiday—may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible, but given the factors involved, this is only an estimate.

We want to get you your order ASAP and are doing all that we can! However, order processing and shipping delays may occur and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date (especially with the holidays!). We thank you for your support and patience!

International destinations outside of the US are likely to experience delays in customs processing and delivery.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is only offered for domestic orders located in the United States, with qualifying purchases of $75+ USD. Free Shipping is not offered during our Black Friday Sale. We do not offer Free Shipping for International Orders.

BLACK FRIDAY SALE

We unfortunately will not be altering or crediting orders made prior or after certain sales periods. We can cancel your previous order (if currently unfulfilled) if you wish to repurchase during Black Friday deals. Please reach out and let us know ASAP. 

Certain discount codes will not be active or applied during our Black Friday sales and may need to be saved towards future orders.

 

 PRIORITY MAIL/EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Selection of Priority Mail (1-3 Business day shipping) and Priority Mail Express (Next day-2day Shipping) are still subject to normal processing times by our fulfillment team within our business hours.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Cancel Order: Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order. If your order has not been processed by our fulfillment center, we will attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed. You can return your order to us after you have received it, provided it is eligible for a return and not a final sale item. Credit card companies may take up to 5 business days to return the payment back into your account. We ask that you check with your payment provider.

Order Changes/Updates: Please contact us ASAP before your order has been processed by our fulfillment center, to change any sizes or add or remove any items from your order. You can return the items to us after you have received it, for an exchange following the return instructions below.

So we can better assist you, please include your order number followed with your request.

//DELIVERY TIMES & STATUS//

Delivery times shown at checkout are an ESTIMATE. Delivery dates will be given through your tracking number as processed by the USPS. We do not offer money-back guarantees for delayed items by USPS once we have shipped from our warehouse. 

If your tracking is active (showing as in transit, delayed, etc.) and you would like more information on the progress of your order, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly.

MISSING PACKAGE

Usual protocol if your package has been marked as "delivered" by USPS but is not present is to check with neighbors, building management, and the surrounding area. Occasionally, carriers will mark packages as "delivered" prematurely and can be delivered a few days later, please allow time for the package to arrive.

If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact your local post office/carrier for assistance in locating your package. 

If you believe USPS have lost or incorrectly delivered your package you must file a claim for an inquiry for a missing package to be located. At this following link,here and receive a claims number.

We are not responsible for replacing or reimbursing stolen or lost packages if the shipping address is not secure or correct addresses were not given. So please ensure the address/mailbox given is visible and secure and all steps are taken to monitor your delivery alerts with the given USPS tracking number, to ensure successful delivery.

We advise, signing up for delivery instructions to instruct the postal service to leave your package in a specific location or left with a trusted neighbor. Please advise, if the package be held by the post office, or if the shipping address is a communal package mailbox shared with an apartment complex or neighborhood 

  

 

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please verify that all addresses given are correct and your mailbox is visible and secure, to ensure a successful delivery! Please contact us ASAP if the shipping address needs any corrections.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. We are not responsible for, or able to refund or replace orders shipped to the wrong address.

Orders may delayed if placed on an "address hold" if our fulfillment system is unable to verify your address, we will contact you to inform you of the hold and confirm the correction to continue shipment of your order.

  

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your package is marked as “UNDELIVERABLE” or “RETURN TO SENDER”, in some cases, an order may be returned to us for the following reasons: Address was entered/formatted incorrectly at checkout. The order was not collected in time. Additional duties, taxes, and other customs fees were left unpaid or the carrier was unable to access your delivery location.

We can reship the package once more with correction (within the United States), if delivery is unsuccessful again only the value of the items will be refunded (not shipping fees).

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns for International Orders

At this time, we are only able to provide Return Labels for customers residing in the US. Customers residing outside the US are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels, we recommend that your return package is insured for its value, and that you retain your proof/receipt of shipping from the carrier as Relentless Betrayal is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. 

International returns are subject to the same Return Policy as our Domestic Returns. Returns can be made through our Returns Portal. However, at this time we are unable to provide Return Labels for International orders. We recommend using carriers that issue tracking numbers. Any taxes or duties that incur are the responsibility of the sender.

We are currently unable to offer exchanges for international orders. We recommend that customers who would like to do an "exchange" should select the store credit option in the return portal.

"Returns To Sender" for International Orders

If shipping addresses are undeliverable or the package is unclaimed with local postal services in your country, your package will be marked as"Return to Sender" and sent back to us. We will only be able to refund the value of the items in the order (not shipping fees), as we do not cover the cost for reshipment on international orders. 

If reshipment is requested, we can send an invoice for international postage to be paid again and your order will be shipped back to you upon payment.

 

DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you don't love your item(s), you can send them back for a refund, store credit, or an INSTANT exchange, within 30 days of ordering. If postmarked after 30 days, we will refuse and return items at the customer's expense.

STEP 1Click here to start your return or INSTANT exchange and select the items you are returning. 

STEP 2: Download the prepaid return label and immediately ship your items back to us. If purchasing your own shipping label, please supply us the tracking number to ensure your return does not become lost or stuck in transit.

STEP 3: Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being delivered back to Relentless Betrayal.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

-Apparel must not be worn, washed, or altered.

-No visible signs of use including deodorant stains/cosmetic stains, perfumes/scents, animal hair, etc.

-Jewelry items must also be returned in the same condition they were received. 

Sale items are FINAL. Gift cards are non-refundable. Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for Store Credit ONLY.

All exchanges and refunds will only be processed once returns have been received. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send an email to notify you that we have processed your refund or exchange. Exchanges are still subject to processing times and new tracking will be sent once processed/shipped. Any refunds will take 2-3 business days to show back up in your bank statements.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

 

INSTANT EXCHANGE!

YOO! WE ARE NOW OFFERING AN INSTANT EXCHANGE!

We hope you are STOKED on your gear, but sometimes a new size or item is needed. With our instant exchange program that you can find on our website here, your orders are now eligible for an instant exchange. You can receive your replacement WAY faster. A new order will be processed for your exchange ASAP, you will have your exchanged item within 14 days of the return of the original item with our prepaid return label.

A $1 authorization will be held on your card once submitting an instant exchange, but will be removed once the entire process is completed.

You will only be charged the full amount of the instant exchange item, if the original item is not returned within the 14 days with the provided prepaid label. 

 

PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABELS

PREPAID RETURN LABELS MAY ONLY BE USED ONCE. LIMIT 1 PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL PER ORDER. THE LABEL IS ONLY TO BE USED TO RETURN THE ORDER IT WAS CREATED FOR.

 

RETURN PACKAGING

PIECES MUST BE SENT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL MAILER OR A PACKAGE OF EQUAL WEIGHT. FOR PACKAGES SHIPPED IN PRIORITY FLAT-RATE ENVELOPES, RETURN PIECES USING THE INCLUDED POLY-MAILER. DO NOT SHIP PIECES BACK USING A PRIORITY ENVELOPE. ANY POSTAGE DUE INCURRED FROM A IMPROPER PACKAGING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.
