What is this?
YO crew! This is something we want to implement to give back to you. You’ll earn coins for every move you make and cash in on some killer rewards such as discounts off purchases and the more you collect the more you save.
Who can join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.
How do I earn coins?
You can earn coins for referring friends and making purchases and more. To see all the ways you can earn coins click the *Earn Coins* tab in the menu.
How do I view my coin balance?
You will be able to see your coin balance on the header of the loyalty page, when you are logged in.
How do I redeem my coins?
Select the tab called Redeem Coins. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough coins, you can redeem them for a reward.
Is there a limit to the number of coins I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
Do my coins expire?
Your coins expire after 12 months if left un-redeemed. Your tier can change based on what you spent in the last 12 months, too. We set up the tiers to give a shoutout to our loyal and frequent shoppers.
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'canceled' statuses mean?
- Approved: These coins can be redeemed on rewards immediately
- Pending: These coins need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
- Canceled: These coins will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the coins will change from pending to canceled)
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending coins will become canceled and will be removed from your account.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, canceled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn coins!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your coins.
Can I use my coins during checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your coins for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn coins, please contact us at our customer service email email@example.com and ask to be un-enrolled. We'll un-enroll you and you will lose any coins you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your coins total will begin from zero.
