Email Response Time
Heyooo, we can’t wait to speak with you! Please give us around 24-48 hours for an email response not including the weekends or holidays. We are working hard to stay on top of them and get to all of them as fast as we can! Perfect
Sizing/ Size Chart?
Our sizes are typically a standard fit and size charts are located at the top of each item on our website. If you are having a hard time finding it shoot us an email at info@relentlessbetrayal.com and we can help. If you do purchase something and aren’t 100% satisfied with the way it fits, we are happy to offer free returns/exchanges for up to 30 days.
Where is my package?
We want you to get your package as bad as you do! Sometimes the weekends or holidays may add a couple of days onto the time in which you receive your package, but hang tight, our team diligently moves as fast as we can to make sure you guys are taken care of.
Shipping time // speed?
We try to get packages out as fast as possible for you guys but often have around a 1- 5 day processing time, not including the weekends or holidays. As soon as we process your package you will receive an email confirming that we have printed the label and have your order ready to ship! It then will shoot over into the carrier’s hands which is then when the shipping speed you paid for kicks in.
Returns/exchanges?
Weren’t super stoked with your purchase? No stress, we have a 30-day return/exchange policy. As long as your item is unworn and in perfect condition then we are happy to accept your return for a refund or exchange for a different size. You can return your items here.
Why isn’t my discount code working?
We love hooking our crew up! Choose which promotion or discount code gets you the sweetest deal because you cannot combine more than one code or promotion at a time.

Can you apply a holiday sales discount to order made prior to or after the sales?
Unfortunately, we will not applies discount from holiday sales to orders placed prior to the sale starting or after the sale ends. Orders must be placed during the sale to be eligible for the discount pricing.
Why does it say I qualify for free shipping but doesn’t apply it at checkout?
Free shipping is a promotion we love to consistently run to hook up our big spenders, but if you have a discount code to apply then the free shipping, one will get canceled out because you can't combine more than one promotion or discount. Choose whichever one gets you the most bang for your buck!

My order says it was delivered but I didn’t receive it.
Man oh man do we see this more often than we’d like… Don’t stress! Carriers will oftentimes mark packages as “delivered” when in fact did not get delivered at all. But then will show up days later. Lame huh? Hang tight if this happens to you and be sure to also check with neighbors! If you believe USPS have lost or incorrectly delivered your package you must file a claim for an inquiry for a missing package to be located. At this following link,here and receive a claims number.
We are not responsible for replacing or reimbursing stolen packages if the shipping address is not secure or correct addresses were not given.
I need to cancel my order before it ships!!
OKAY! We understand. If this happens we oftentimes will not see the email as quickly as the package gets processed so then it’s too late to cancel the order, but don’t sweat it, email info@relentlessbetrayal.com and we will either cancel it if we can catch it on time or we will get you a return label for a full refund for your order. Sometimes hitting us up on a social channel such as Facebook or Instagram might get a faster response for something like this.
Jewelry warranty:
The RB brand stands behind the quality of our jewelry with a lifetime warranty. This warranty is valid for the life of the product. This warranty is void in the following cases; damage due to improper use, lost or stolen, damage caused by customer modification, aesthetic changes from excess wear and tear. If the item in question is no longer for sale, or sold out, a store credit will be issued. We got your back!
